Snow, glorious snow

The first measurable snow of the season. (We had some back in October, but that doesn't count.)

And in an hour or so, I have to drive to work through it!

Well, it didn't look like that, but my husband phoned me this morning from Livermore, California (where he works) to report slushy snow on the ground - elevation 600 feet above sea level (but 30?? miles inland)!
